Bio

Brenda discovered art in her midlife as a language for communicating things for which words sometimes fail. She truly thought she wasn’t an artist, but is discovering that we all have an intuitive knowledge which when given a welcoming space, some colours, and time adds beauty and meaning to our lives.
She especially loves welcoming others into this kind of free flowing story telling art, where every line has purpose and where the process of drawing often brings surprises and insight.
She is currently working on a series called Women in Hats. These will be shown at the front yard art shows.
